SHIFT SUPERVISOR – ELK GROVE, IL
DIVISION
FPM Heat Treating continues to expand our resources and has an immediate opening at our Elk Grove Village, IL Division for an experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor.
Description:
Principal duties include hands-on supervision and coordination of all plant activities during assigned periods in a customer focused and cost effective manner.
Basic requirements for this position include one to five years heat treating or related technical work experience, and one to three years supervisory or managerial experience. Successful candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, use common sense and be capable of making quick, informed decisions. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively…read, write and speak English…and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
